The contest to win Mossy Oak® Apparel (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. This contest is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes consists of one (1) weekly grand prize drawing (the "Grand Prize Drawing"). Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 3. How to Enter: Weekly Grand Prize Drawing: During the Entry Period, visit www.thegirlsoutdoors/contest and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration for the Sweepstakes. Registration is free. Complete and submit the registration including your name, a valid home address and email address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing each week. Limit: each entrant may earn only one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing per week. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Weekly Grand Prize Drawings: Beginning on Monday, August 27, 2007 and every Monday thereafter until the last drawing on Monday, December 31, 2007, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be notified by (email, phone or mail). The random drawing shall be conducted by an independent judge whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the numbers set forth in these official rules, all person making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $24.00 per item depending on type of apparel. ARV is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prizes are awarded or redeemed. For all Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the corresponding drawing period for each particular prize. Only one (1) prize per person.
